Step 1: Prior to each session, you will receive a small packet of vital information that has helped me and others become lighter during the heaviest challenges one can experience.
Step 2: Together, we explore the practices where I’ll customize my questions, insights and optional growth opportunities to meet you right where you’re at.
Step 3: Apply strategies consistently and together, we’ll re-evaluate and adjust strategies to supercharge your capacity to overcome overwhelm, grief and loss; move out of stuckness, and shift into a lighter state of being.
